Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if Meftal Forte be taken during breastfeeding. Well Mefenamic acid is an NSAID . It is used for treating menstrual pain. It may be used for short term treatment of mild to moderate pain. It is no recommended in case your are breastfeeding mother . I would suggest you to stop taking this medicine immediately and consult gynecologist for prescription of its substitute like acetaminophen or aspirin , which doctor will prescribe after evaluating your condition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
