Can Meftal P Be Taken Along With Cepodem For Persistent High Fever?
Hi Sir, My son is running high fever and we have been giving meftal p for the fever. We were asked by the doctor to give cepodem anti biotic if fever continues. Now the fever is high and we have given the anti biotic. Please suggest if we cab give meftal p simultaneously for the fever to come down or will cepodem help in minimising the temperature. Thankd

Cepodem is an antibacterial and kills bacteria.
Cepodem does not control fever.
You can give Meftal P simultaneously with Cepodem,if there is no history of allergies to either medication. It is safe to do so .Meftal p will help to reduce the fever.
