Can Meningococcal Vaccine Of 1ml Lead To An Over-dosage In A Teenager?
Hi, I understand your concern. Meningococcal vaccine is administered to children of 11 to 12 year old. A booster dose is recommended at the age 16 year old. Your son is 14 year old. Although you do not remember if administered the first dose, I advise to wait until he gets 16 year old to get the booster. Another booster is recommended in youngsters of 16 to 23 year old. Hope this answers your query.
