Hello, You can start the metformin in the dose of 1gm twice a day as you were taking earlier and also increase your dose of GLIPIZIDE 10 mg once a day to twice a day. You must consult our doctor as erly as possible and get your prescription revised. Carry on with our rest of medications. Thanks
