Can Methylprednisolone Be Used For Sore Throat?
I am 48, have asthma and female. last sinus infection we around late nov. 2016. i was prescribed Methylprednisolone previously for hives. but I think i m either catching cold or have another sinus infection and reading below, it looks like I can also use it if I have a sore throat. is this true?

NO Methylprednisolone cant be used for sore throat solely. As it is steroid , it further decreases our local n systemic immune response of our body predisposing further for infections..
