General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Like any other medicine, Mifepristone has side effects which may be abdominal cramps, back pain, diarrhea, dizziness to name a few. You should always remember that almost every drug has it's side effects and we take it when the benefits outweigh the side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
