Can Montair-Lc For Sinusitis And MusclePharm Assault Be Taken Before Working Out?

Can i take musclepharm assault preworkout with montair lc tabs as i need to take one tab daily at night due to sinus problems but i m a fitness freak too kindly suggest me is it safe or not nd is there any time gap needed between the consumption of both preworkout nd medicine
