Can Montelukast Be Taken Twice Daily?
I have been having really awful allergies. recently my dr. put me on montlukast 10mg tablet daily. I notice if taken in morning,by evenng I am having symtoms again , if take at night I am fine when wake up but then start up symtoms by lunch time experience them again,would it hurt to take 1 tablet in pm and am?lukast 10mg,1 day

For allergy inflammation like asthma take montelukast in prescribed dose only
If inflammation is more than short term steroid course can be prescribed
If asthma is the cause than bronchodilator inhaler prescribed like foracort 200
