Can Multiple Sclerosis Cause Dizziness,headache And Numbness?

I have a weird dizzy feeling and strange headache and I have a numb and tingly spot on my right side of my thigh. yesterday I could not lift my head without pain. my left eye has some swelling. I have ms and was wondering if this could be a new problem

Yes,this could be relapse of multiple sclerosis and you need to do mri scan to confirm this so that steroid therapy can be started. If MRI is negative then they s is good for you and may be just migraine or emotional stress.
