Can N-Acetyl Cysteine Be Taken Safely While On Xarelto?

I am considering beginning a supplement of a combination of 3 different meds. I am a heart attack survivor (triple bypass of 25 years ago), also have Afib and take Xarelto, breast cancer survivor (this year), and wonder if these ingredients are safe for me. They are the following N acetyl cysteine 250mg COQ10 100 mg pyrroloquinoline 10 mg
