Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Moderate interaction has been noted when Naltrexone and alcohol have been consumed at the same time. Naltrexone may cause liver problems, and using it ethanol may increase that risk. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with this medication.
Seek medical attention immediately if you have fever, chills, joint pain or swelling, unusual bleeding or bruising, skin rash, itching, loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dark urine, pale stools, and/or yellowing of the skin or eyes, as these may be signs and symptoms of liver damage. Naltrexone increases the subjective effects of drugs like weed and thus, its effects are enhanced. Hence, it is advisable to avoid its use while taking this medication.

Hope I have answered your query.
