Can Nature S Bounty Sleep Complex Be Taken While On Risperidone And Cetirizine?
My grandson takes Melatonin sometimes to sleep (doctor said is it Okay) However, my mom bought Nature s Bounty Sleep Complex gummies which is 3 mg of Melatonin and 200 mg of L-Theanine. I was wondering if he could take this with his other meds which are Risperidone 3 mg, Vyvanse 70 mg and Intuniz 4 mg (he takes the generic) and Cetirizine occasionally. Can he take this gummy to help him sleep since it contains L-Theanine.

Coming to your question, although Risperidone and Cetrizine do not interact with Melatonin and L-Theanine but taking these medicines together may increase the nervous system side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating.
