Can Naturogest Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi... I am 5 week pregnant.Doctor wrote me Naturogest 300 mg. I am woried, do it really required, as doctor has not seen any blood report and any report. This is my first pregnancy. I am confused. None of my cousine had this medicine had successful delivery.
