Can Neosporin Be Applied To Heal A Surgical Wound On The Labia?

Hi, I had a cyst removed from my upper labia a few days ago. The dissolvable stitches now have dried blood around them and some areas are still bleeding. I ve been taking sitz baths with epsom salt per my doctor s recommendation. Is this normal and would it be okay if I applied neosporin on the area to help it heal?
