Can Neosporin Be Used To Heal An Abrasion Under The Penis Post Sex?

My bf developed an abrasion or cut (horizontal pattern) underneath his penis head after sex he s uncircumcised he says it happens every few mouths this is even b4 we met we are both STD free what could this be? we were thinking of neosporin to help it heal is that good or bad?

Hi,

I do not think that Neosporin is the solution of his problem. I think that he needs a proper examination as well as proper diagnosis with relevant lab tests, if needed. Though, both of you presume yourselves to be STD free, still, presence of any infection including STD, can not be ruled out in your case.
