Can Neurobion Be Injected Directly Into Nerves?

I m having numbness in my foot, especially in fingers, I ve undergone MRI for LS Spine, Nerve conduction Test, Diabetic TSH Calcium....all of them showed normal result...there is a deficiency noticed in Vitamin D 6.65 (normal range starts I guess is from 30 - 100)...I m using lyrica pregabalin 75 mg daily one Cap in the Night, but there isn t any relief. Hence, I consulted an another Doctor, he precribed a similar medicine with other Tablets as well...Also, he started giving Neurobion Injection daily once to nerve, can Neurobion be injected directly into nerves or does it need to be injected in muscle?
