Can Noflux Cause Headache?

Hey . I have tonsilitis ,and the right tonsil appears red but i did not feel any pain . Should i concern about that ? The tonsil s swollen did not go down after i have been prescribed 3 days course of azithromycin,noflux,difflam. And ,will noflux give me a light headache?

I really appreciate your concern, with history of recurrent episode of tonsil infection it cause the enlarge adenoid gland and it may remained enlargement for long time and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
