Can Norco Be Replaced By Other Pain Relievers Post Tibial Plateau Surgery?
I m recovering from tibial plateau surgery. Been taking Norco for the past six weeks, just half a pill. Went from 4-6 a day and down to two. I want to know which of the OTC pain relievers would be best to replace the Norco? Advil, Tylenol, Aleve????

Can Norco Be Replaced By Other Pain Relievers Post Tibial Plateau Surgery?
Hello, You may safely lower the narco drugs with to NSAIDS to selective Cox 2 inhibitors to Tramadol and paracetamol to plain Tramadol. There are many side-effects of NSAIDs but you may slowly withdraw according to pain. If your renal failure patient doesn t take NSAIDS. I think I tried to explain a possible way to withdraw. Please consult your treating physician he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
