Welcome to HCM. I read your question carefully and i understand your concern.
Since you are saying that is seems like yeast infection, I suppose you have searched the right information on the internet. Anyway the usual signs are tiny papules, pustules, vesicles, or persistent ulcerations but may vary. Exacerbations following intercourse are common. I would like to know if you suffer or not from
diabetes, since it might complicate a little the treatment?
In general, topical therapy is sufficient and effective. You should also evaluate sexual partners even if they are asymptomatic and treat them if they are affected. Neuforce-gm is a combination of antifungal, antibiotic and
corticosteroids (clotrimazol, beclomethason and
gentamicin). Clotrimazol is a broad spectrum antifungal that inhibits yeast growth. Associated combination with
topical antibiotic (for possible bacterial infection) and corticosteroids (reduce inflammation and swelling) also are helpful in treating and preventing possible complications.
Anyway, if the lesions persist or are getting worse, I recommend to you to visit you family doctor, in order to evaluate you more objectively and to consider systemic therapy in addition to topical.
I hope my answer was helpful. Wishing you a good health. Best regards
