Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your wife's problem can be most likely due to food poisoning. You can give her nutrolin b. Give her fluids and electrolytes according to loss. You give ORS solution , tender coconut water, black tea with lemon , sugar and little salt. You can give curd or kefir and rice soup. Banana is also ok to give. Ginger tea will be helpful to relieve nausea. If it is not helping then you may need prescription anti emetic like domperidone. If there is severe vomiting or diarrhea then you should go to ER or consult your GP.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
