Can Nytol Be Taken Along With Zopiclone For Insomnia?
My gp has given me zopliclone to sleep, ive tried one the first night got 4 hrs and 2 the second night and still only slept 4 hrs they are 3.75 mg What can i do to stay asleep longer. Ive not slept for more than 4/5 hrs for 3 weeks. Can i use nytol as well?

Zolpiclone can go up to 7.5 mg once daily so it is possible that by increasing the dose to 7.5mg you may be able to get more rest however the dose change should be approved by your doctor first.
This option may be tried before adding any other medications.
