Can Obimet Be Taken While Suffering From PCOD?

I am a PCOD patient. And I am advised to take Folvite, Trazer F Forte and Obimet... I read online that Obimet is for Diabetes, since I dont have diabetes... Is it advisable to take Obimet... And also let me know, how many Trazer F forte should I consume in a day..

Obimet (metformin) is mainly used as first-line therapy in majority of type 2 diabetic patients. How, it is also given to patients suffering from PCOS/PCOD. Studies have shown that Obimet helps with ovulation induction and improves insulin sensitization in PCOS patients. It also maintains weight loss and improves fertility while having a safe profile.

And for the Trazer F Forte, please follow your doctor's advice on the daily dose you need. Mostly, 1 to 2 tablets of Trazer F Forte are taken every day.
