Can Oilatum Lotion Be Replaced By Moyzen Lotion For Dry Skin?

Sir, We are using OILATUM Lotion for dealing with dry skin problem for my son(2years old)...i just found MOYZEN lotion with same composition and strength...the later one is half of the price of OILATUM Lotion ...could you please advise me if we can use MOYZEN Lotion as an alternate to OILATUM Lotion?

Oilatum lotion contains light liquid paraffin 3% + white soft paraffin 0.08% as active ingredients. Oilatum lotion leaves a thin oil film on the surface of the skin which helps to retain moisture. Its key benefits are - light liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin reduce transepidermal water loss and thus helping to maintain normal skin humidity levels, white soft paraffin is used to smooth and soften the skin, it keeps the skin hydrated and makes it soft and supple, useful for countering dryness of the skin. It is suitable for babies even from day one. Moyzen lotion contains light liquid paraffin 63.4% which is also suitable for using for all age group including babies as an alternative to Oilatum lotion.
