Can Omeprazole Be Taken For Indigestion After Taking Gabapentin?

I am on Gabapentin 3 times a day (100 Mg) I am also on Omeprazole two times a day, but I read tonight that I should not take an antiacid within two hours of Gabapentin. I took one Gabapentin at 1:30 am. I am having indigestion, and I am pretty sure it is GERD. I would like to take my Omeprazole. My stomach is getting quite upset.

Omeprazole can be taken before breakfast with an empty stomach. Wait for 30minutes then you may have breakfast.

Yes, Gabapentin oral decreases levels of omeprazole-sodium bicarbonate oral by reducing drug absorption from the stomach and intestine into the body when taken by mouth. Take these drugs 2 hours apart.
