could you please let me know what is the difference between Omez-D (Omeprazole and Domperidone capsules) and Omeprazole 10?
I need to know wheather can I take Omez-D instead of Omeprazole 10, as my omeprazole 10mg ran out this morning. Is it harmfull?

Omeorazole is used to treat gastritis.
Omeprazole D contains domoperidone an antienetic drug along with omeprazole.
Domperidone decreases vomiting and reduces gastric mobility.
Omeprazole D can be used instead of Omeprazole and omeprazole D is more effective than only omeprazole.
