Can Omnacortil Be Given To Infant Continuously For 5 Days?
my son, of 5months old, is taking omnacortil drop as per the doctor advise. Doctor has advised to give 5days. Each day 3times. 10drops each time. This molecule prednisolone is a steroid. Isn t there any problem to take steroid for 5days for a 5months old baby

Not at all. Though I am an Ayurveda Doctor but I know from my three decades old career that it will not harm the baby. But it should not be sustained for very very lengthy durations in order to prevent child from becoming steroid dependent and no frequent doses please.
