Can Ones Heart Pump Fast Enough To Cause One To Explode From The Pressure ?

Can One's Heart Pump Fast Enough to Cause One to Explode from the Pressure?
My roommate and I were having this discussion tonight after the issue of high blood pressure came up. Is your heart capable of pumping your blood through your arteries fast enough to cause a rupture (or explosion as the title implies) in your arteries / veins / capillaries or anywhere else in your body?

Yes, when it happens in your brain it's called a hemorrhagic stroke, (from an aneurysm or other similar phenomenon.) And yes it can happen in the blood vessels surrounding your heart.
