Can OvaCure And Progyluton Be Taken For Delayed Menstruation?

last two months im not getting my periods properly, just fluid is coming that to fluid is brown colour so went hospital for check up doctor asked to take ovacure and progyluton tablets. I would like to know the reason of taking these tablets, is that will be a problem to get pregnancy.
