Hi I think pcos can't be corrected permanently. It is a ovarian problem which can be treated with medicines according to the problem. In pcos, there is absence of ovulation which leads to delayed periods and infertility. Thus, medicines like Clomid is given to induce ovulation. Sometimes, Natural pregnancy can also happen. So, you can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or by ovulation detection kits and see if ovulation is happening or not. Depending on that, medicines will be given. Hope it helps.
