General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The bigomet would help reduce the insulin resistance associated with PCOD and would also improve your chances of conception. If there is any excess weight, then weight loss would also help to improve your fertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
