Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of spots on face due to PCOS which is due to overproduction of hormones such as androgens. Need not to worry. You should start with use of oral contraceptive pills which will gives a suppression for androgen production. I would suggest you to start with application of aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. Antiandrogens like spironolactone or finasteride will be helpful .Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep areas clean and dry. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. You can start with antibiotics ( clindamycin ) , corticosteroid ointment , hydroquinone , laser therapy and dermabrasion only after doctors prescription.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
