My dear friend , you are suffering from aplastic anemia. In Aplastic anemia bone marrow transplantation has very good result .This treatment replaces your unhealthy blood-forming stem cells with healthy ones.
Bone marrow transplant or stem cell transplant is recommended for patients of younger age.
Durable remission (disease free period) can be achieved using chemotherapy therapy, but bone marrow transplantation is the only truly curative treatment and good results in young age.
Now start looking for a donor right away. Only about 3 out of every 10 people can find a matched related donor.
