Can Paracetamol Be Taken With Tramadol For Osteoarthritis?

I am taking 100 mgs of tramadol for my osteoarthritis in my knees. I was taking 1000 mgs paracetamol, but this had little effect. Can i take this amount of paracetamol with my tramadol, as although the tramadol works it does not completely alleviate my pain. I am 61 years old and also suffer with Iga nephropathy, so i can't take nsaids.

Hello

I have studied your case.

Yes you can take paracetamol with tramadol.

Along with it do exercises for knee
In lying flat supine on back – move your ankle up and down[plantar flexion dorsiflexion],keeping small towel below knee-press your patella[knee cap ] on towel and hold for 15 sec, lift your leg straight alternately [10-15 times].
Lying on your tummy- flex knee alternately, make knee rotation in flexion.
Sitting on chair- extend your legs alternately [hold in extension for 15 sec]
Standing half squat taking support of wall to back.
