Can Paracetamol Be Used As Pain Killer When Diagnosed With Gastritis?
I was just diagnosed with gastritis from taking a lot of ibuprofen due to toothache. I was given omeprazole to help this. I have a temporary filling in my tooth at the moment and am getting a root canal on Monday however I still have a bad toothache, could i take paracetamol as a pain killer or will this have an affect on the gastritis ?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, yes you can have the "Paracetamol" but not the anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen the right dose of Omeprazole is 40 mg once in day hope this information helps.
