Can Permethrin Lotion Be Used Over Rashes On The Abdomen?

Yesterday, my daughter had rashes that look like hives on her tummy and tighs. I m worried because we will have our 2nd dose of permethrin lotion treatment for scabies tomorrow. can I still apply permethrin lotion to her even though there are manifestation of rash like hives?

Dear mam. kindly wait. if u r sure if it's hives then u can use it. if not wait for the doctors advice. thank u. u can apply a moisturizer till then.
