Can Phentermine Cause Stomach Upset?

Hello I hope someone can help me. Yesterday I started on 37.5mg of phentermine and I been taking 25mg of hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine besylate 10mg with 1000mg of b12 tablets and my stomach has been feeling upset... Any advice on what I should do to feel better, also I take all pills at once in the am before breakfast?

As you mentioned that you are taking "PHENTERMINE "37.5 mg , as this is an anorexiants and this causes i.e patient feels fullness in stomach .
This also causes hyper acidity .
You are also taking hydrochlorothiazide and amlopidine for hyper tension ( also B 12 ) , these two drugs also produces hyper acidity and gastritis .
When such situation take place take some antacid 2-3 hours after meal .
If symptoms are severe , you may need drugs like pantoprazole-d for stomach upset.
So , please also mention , your age , disease for which these medicines are advised .
