Can Phenylephrine 10mg Be Taken With Penicillin, Allegra And Mylanta To Treat Sinus?

I am currently taking penicillin for a sinus infection.I am also taking Allegra , mylanta. My ears have been very plugged and I have had a few dizzy spells. Can I take phenylephrine HCI 10 mg to see if it relieves pressure while taking the other medication?

It is safe to take Phenylephrine with these medications. Make sure that any other medications you are taking do not contain phenyephrine/psuedoephidrine.
Phenylephrine should not be taken if you have hypertension, cardiac problems or during pregnancy.
