Can Polymyxin B Sulfate And Trimethoprim Drops Be Used Instead Of Ofloxin For Eye Discomfort?
my Son had something in his eye went to urgent care this morning, they prescribed ofloxin 0.3% eye drops. A few months ago he had a small steel sliver in his eye at t hat time they gave him Polymyxin B Sulfate and trimethoprim drops. He has a half bottle left of this expiration is 4/18 can he use this and not pick up the new script?
