Can Prednisone And Clopidogrel Be Taken Together?

Hello.. I am a 71 yr old man and I am currently on a tapering dose of Prednisone 20 mg. and the dose is 3 for 3 days 2 for 3 days 1 tablet for 3 days and then 1/2 tablet for 4 days. If you are wondering ...yes I have taken prednisone before like this BUT I also have been taking Clopidogrel 75 Mg. since 2001. I JUST read here online that there is a drug interaction or actions between the 2... Can you please tell me about this? I have never noticed anything different about taking them together before but I m worried that the interaction may be something that occurs inside of my body where I cant see or feel it.
