Can Prednisone Be Taken For The Treatment Of Eczema?

I have eczema and it s bad and I was wondering if I can get on a low dose of prednisone to treat it and I have had both hips replaced because of the prednisone. So I was thinking it can t hurt to be put back on it since that s the only thin g that helps it.

Steroids are the drug which helps in such condition because it suppresses the immune system and as it has beneficiary action.

On other hands, there are many side effects also, but that depends on dosage and duration of steroid treatment.
