it is inflammation of choroid or it is known as posterior uveitis it is anterior to retina. it is some time inflammation with retina and known as chorioretinitis. recommended treatment is steroid topical orally and subconjuctival injection tapering of steroid is to be done there is no other treatment available. monitoring is to be done and watch for steroid induced side effect.
