Can Prilosec Be Taken For Rectal Bleeding?

was given a prescription for prilosec when My condition has been rectal bleeding no acid reflux symptons or heart burn. I woke up from the endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure with n recommendation to see the onocolgy department surgical department and appointment with doctors I have never seen. Already I feel like a prt in the factory going down the assembly line helpful information would help me make decisions about my health care how sad that you want 15.00 for your help never mind

Welcome to HCM. You no need to take prilosac for rectal bleeding. prilosac is given for upper GI bleeding like bleeding from the stomach and food pipe (esophagus).

They suggested you to see few specialists did they tell you the exact diagnosis.

what did they find in the endoscope. is that a rectal tumor which is bleeding that they recomembeded surgery and oncology.

if it is rectal tumor causing bleeding you no need to take prilosac.
