Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for approaching us for your concerns.
I've gone through the list of prescribed medications given in your query.
The following harmful interactions can take place:
1. If Ramipril is taken together with
Allopurinol it may increase the risk of severe allergic reactions and infections. You should seek immediate medical attention if you develop shortness of breath; throat tightness; swelling of the face, lips, or tongue; itching; rash; fever; and/or
muscle pain or weakness.
2. Although Hydrochlorthiazide and Ramipril are frequently combined together, their effects may be additive on lowering your blood pressure. You may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely take both medications. Consult your doctor if you have a reduced
heart rate, dizziness, fainting, or headaches.
3. Taking Onglyza together with Ramipril may cause
angioedema, a condition associated with swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, throat, and occasionally also the hands and feet. Each medication alone can also cause angioedema, but the risk may be increased when they are combined. Angioedema can occur with the first dose of medication or after many doses.
You should discontinue the medications and seek immediate medical attention if you develop symptoms of angioedema or have difficulty swallowing or breathing. In addition, Ramipril may enhance the effects of Onglyza an increase the risk of
hypoglycemia (
low blood sugar).
Symptoms of low blood sugar include headache, dizziness,
drowsiness, nausea, hunger, tremor, weakness, sweating, and increased heartbeats.
There's no evidence of any harmful interactions between Ramipril and Eliquis hence they can be taken together safely.
Hope I have answered your query.
