I take Tramadol HCL 50 mg 2 every 6 hrs+ Tizanidine 4 mg 1 3x daily. I’m chronic pain due to severe spinal injuries. I have just been prescribed Trintellix starting 5mg daily. Is this safe. I also take Relpax 2-3 times a mo for migraines. I’m 70 & type 2 diabetic.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Relpax along with your routine prescribed drugs as it has got no drug interactions with your routine drugs and it doesn't affect the efficacy each other. You can take antacidslike pantoprazole while you are on multiple drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
