Can Reshape Tablets Be Taken For Weight Loss?

DR,
I am 36yrs old female having the complaint of morbid obesity since five years and i am taking thyronorm 50mcg since 2009. My current weight is 98kgs and height is 155cms. My friend had suggested me to take reshape powder and tablets for a month to reduce the weight. Can i take that reshape? if so, what is the method to take that? please suggest.
My TSH level is normal 0.35 under medication.

Since you are taking thyronorm for thyroid , so take it continuously because sometimes thyroid may be responsible for over weight .
Reeshape is orlistat and doses are as:
Adults :120 mg thrice in a day w/each main meal CONTAINING FAT ; omit dose if meal is occasionally missed or has no fat ..
Adverse reactions are:
Faecal urgency & incontinence , flatulence , fatty stools and discharge, increased defecation .
Usually these are common side effects and you will get tolerance within 5-6 day .
