Can Rinifol Dry Syrup Be Given For Fever And Loose Motions?

My daughter is 16 years old. She has just returned from a trip to Manali. She has returned with fever and loose motions. Our neighbour Dr has proscribed Rinifol Z 30mg tablets but not finding at chemist, can I give my daughter a dry syrup instead. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that this could be traveler's diarrhea and such symptom is self limiting and no need to give any medicine, only the hydration is matter and this need to be corrected if it is dehydration, take care and no need to worry about this, have a nice day.
