General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

Incomplete data like age, gender, duration of treatment, any associated illness or medication??

Based on the history given you seem to developed edema apparently caused by the prescribed medication S Numlo.

S-Numlo (S-Amlodipine) is a calcium channel blocker that dilates (widens) blood vessels and improves blood flow and is commonly prescribed alone or in combination for the treatment of high BP, angina, and other conditions.

Its usually prescribed in the initial dose of 2.5 to 5 mg once daily and then gradually increased to 5-10 mg once daily over several weeks to get the adequate response.

Its most common side effects include edema (swelling of the ankles or feet), fatigue, increased heart beats, flushing, palpitations and constipation.

I would advise you to consult your treating doctor to adjust the dose or to prescribe an alternate effective but a safer medication to lower your high BP.
Hope this will help
Best regards.
