Can STD Be Contracted Through Protected Sex?

I had a sexual encounter with the masseur. I wore the condom and the underwear. No penetration but rubbing her vaginal area from my penis under the undereear. The underwear was rubbed against the vaginal walls. I ejaculated, went to bathroom, removed the condom and washed the penis but wore the same underwear again. Is that a risk given the vaginal fluid might be on the underwear?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that transmission of STD is remote in your case.
This is because, you had worn condom, which ensures adequate protection against coming in contact with secretions such as body fluids. Even if you would have worn the same undergarment stained with vaginal secretions, it is unlikely to enter your body unless you have some cuts or abrasions on your penis. Transmission of such infections through intact skin is unlikely.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
