Can Saccharomyces Boulardii MOS Be Given To A Teenager?

I am concerned about my grandsons diet. They both eat refined quick meals. One boy is 13 and the other is 11. Could I safely give them Saccharomyces Boulardii+Mos. This is a product both my husband and I use. Thank you.. My husband developed C Diff after an extended stay in the hospital. It really has help him.
