Can Saccharomyces Boulardii Supplement Cause Salty Taste In The Mouth?

I m taking Saccharomyces Boulardii + MOS by Jarrow 1 tablet 2 times a day. Would this cause a floating light yellowish/brown leafy mucus to coat my bowel movements? Question #2 - What causes a salty taste in my mouth all the time? Had Bells Palsy May 2014. Salty taste came 4 months later and will not go away. No one has been able to help me solve this problem.

Hello,

Salty taste in the mouth may be due to acid reflux or post nasal drip or gingivitis or pharyngitis etc.

So use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol.

It may cause fungemia which may lead to allergy reaction. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
